Why does the product I received look different to the picture?

One of the great things about our products is that they are mostly handmade from natural materials. This means that every items' character will be slightly different from the one before it. We aim to provide you with an element of uniqueness for each purchase you make. 

If there is a major discrepancy between your purchase and the item pictured, we are happy to discuss and resolve in accordance with our terms and conditions.

When will I receive my purchase?

You've made a purchase! Thanks and congratulations. We anticipate to have your item delivered within a week from purchase. Goods will be shipped within 2 business days. Please note that goods will be mostly shipped from our Australian warehouse. Occasionally, we will ship direct from our suppliers in order to get it to you within 1 week. This reduces time in transit by being shipped directly to you.

How do I look after my product?

Most of our products are handmade and as such should be treated with delicacy. While we are not responsible for how you treat your product here are some examples of appropriate care.

A chandelier made from tiny sea shells is extremely fragile should not be moved unnecessarily.

A handwoven macrame rug should only be spot washed. 

We love our wooden tableware unoiled, but if you want to use them for food serving, a quick wipe with olive or coconut oil will do nicely. A quick wash down to clean and immediate dry is sufficient. Avoid soaking wooden tablewear.

Brasswear will retain it's original finish if lightly oiled occasionally. Not doing this will help you attain a tarnished look if you prefer.

Our hammocks are particularly enjoyable out doors but be sure to bring them inside after use to increase their useful lifespan.
